Frequently asked questions

Log in to your customer area, select "Create a service", choose the desired configuration (VPS, GPU, etc.), region (Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt) and confirm. Deployment is automated.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer (on request, subject to conditions). Prices are displayed excluding tax; EU VAT is added at checkout.

Hourly billing is calculated per second and consolidated monthly. A deposit is required on first use: 100% of the equivalent monthly price if under €50/month, 50% above. The unused balance is refunded within 48h (card) or 5 business days (transfer).

Services remain active for 30 days past the due date, with several automatic email reminders. Suspension only occurs on the 30th day. Your data remains intact during the suspension phase.

Yes, resizing is available from your customer area. RAM/CPU changes require a reboot. Billing model changes take effect at the next cycle.

VMCloud commits to a 99% monthly SLA for VPS, GPU, PaaS, Load Balancer, web hosting and storage services. In case of breach, automatic credits are applied to your account.
