As an Account Executive (AE), you will lead qualified sales conversations from discovery to close. Your primary goal is to run high-quality demos, handle complex objections, align solutions with customer needs, and convert well-qualified opportunities into signed clients.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will qualify outbound prospects and turn early interest into booked meetings for our account executives. Your primary goal is to engage prospects professionally by phone and email, validate need and fit, and ensure only relevant opportunities are passed to the closing team.

engineering role — mid level. Skills: Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, REST/GraphQL.

infrastructure role — senior level. Skills: Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP, CI/CD, Python/Go.

Structure incident/change processes, the service catalog, and the customer interface. Frugality note: this role can start after the first four hires if founders handle client interface for 2–3 months.

Build and evolve storage services (object/block) with strong SLAs. Own performance, replication, service classes, and day‑to‑day reliability.

As a Lead Generation Operations Specialist, you will help build a scalable outbound engine by sourcing, structuring, and enriching prospect data for our sales team. Your primary goal is to deliver clean, actionable lead lists and support compliant written outreach workflows that feed the top of the funnel efficiently.

security role — mid-senior level. Skills: Penetration Testing, SIEM, Compliance, Network Security, Python.

gpu role — senior level. Skills: CUDA, GPU Optimization, ML/AI, C++/Python, HPC.

Design and evolve the network layer (BGP/EVPN, peering, DDoS, interconnects). If most of the network is handled by OVH, this role may be switched to freelance (recurring engagement).

engineering role — mid level. Skills: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, WebGL.
